Because artworks are viewed digitally, colours and textures may vary slightly depending on screen calibration, lighting conditions, and production characteristics.

Minor variations between displayed imagery and the final physical artwork are considered normal and are not regarded as defects.

Made-to-Order Production

All artworks are produced to order based on the size and framing options selected by the client at checkout.

Once production has begun, orders cannot be cancelled, modified, or exchanged.

Production timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on artwork size, framing requirements, production capacity, material availability, and shipping destination.

Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are listed in the applicable currency shown at checkout and are subject to change without prior notice.

Taxes, customs duties, import fees, or additional local charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Shipping

We work with trusted shipping partners to deliver artworks locally and internationally. Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Beau Soleil Art is not responsible for delays caused by customs processing, courier disruptions, force majeure events, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer upon successful delivery to the shipping address provided at checkout.
