Refund policy

All artworks sold by Beau Soleil Art are made to order and produced specifically for each client following purchase. As a result, we do not accept refunds, returns, or exchanges once production has begun.

Because each piece is custom produced according to your selected size and framing option, orders cannot be cancelled or modified after 24 hours from the time of purchase. If you believe you have made an error with your order, please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to assist before production starts.

In the rare event that an artwork arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 72 hours of delivery with clear photographs of:

  • The artwork

  • The packaging

  • Any visible damage

All photographs must be taken immediately upon receipt of the shipment and before the artwork has been installed or hung.

Upon review, Beau Soleil Art may elect to repair or replace the affected piece where applicable. Replacement production and delivery timelines may vary depending on artwork size, framing requirements, material availability, and shipping destination.

Please note that minor variations in texture, tone, grain, framing finish, or colour appearance may occur due to the nature of fine art production, screen calibration differences, lighting conditions, and handcrafted assembly. These characteristics are not considered defects.
