Production & Shipping

Every artwork is made to order, with care taken in the production, stretching, and framing of each piece. Please allow approximately 1 to 2 weeks for production before dispatch depending on the artwork size and framing selection.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow its journey. We work with trusted shipping partners to ensure reliable delivery both locally and internationally.

Packaging

All artworks are carefully packaged to help protect the piece during transit. Larger framed artworks may be shipped in reinforced protective packaging depending on size and destination.

Returns

As each artwork is custom produced based on your selected size and frame, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has begun.

If you need to make changes to your order, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase and we will do our best to accommodate your request before production starts.

Damaged Orders

We want every piece to arrive in excellent condition. If your artwork arrives damaged or with a production issue, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs of both the artwork and packaging.

Our team will assess the issue promptly and arrange a suitable resolution where applicable.
